With Ocean Kinetics Ltd founded and based in the oil rich Shetland Islands, we understand more than most the need to manage the impact of our activities on the environment.

To do this the following objectives have been set, based upon the findings of our preparatory review and against the requirements of ISO 14001:2004, with detailed targets available by request:

• Identify the environmental aspects of all activities directly and indirectly associated with activities of Ocean Kinetics Ltd.
• Determine the significance of Ocean Kinetics' environmental aspects.
• Set objectives and targets for improvement against environmental aspects recognised as having a high environmental impact.
• Prevent pollution.
• Minimise waste production, promote recycling, reduce energy consumption and reduce harmful emissions.
• Influence environmental impact of our suppliers.
• Ensure continual improvement in environmental management.
• Comply with all applicable legislative requirements.

Commitment to continual improvement of the Ocean Kinetics Ltd Environmental Management System is demonstrated by regular management review of improvement plans.

A copy of our Environmental Policy is displayed in all offices, workshops and rest areas.
